Meet Mattie Spears from Traditions of Columbus! Our Employee of the month for August, 2025.
Mattie Spears is a CNA at Traditions of Columbus and has been with the team for a year. In that time, she has made a significant, positive impact on the community.
"Mattie always comes to work with a smile on her face. She is thorough in her work. She goes above and beyond to help others with tasks that need to be completed. Mattie loves working at Traditions of Columbus. “I love my job,” Mattie said. “It is by far the best job I have ever had.” She enjoys spending time with the residents, getting to know them, and trying to keep them happy and healthy. “I enjoy seeing them smile,” Mattie said.
Mattie lives with her boyfriend Cam and their dog, Yeti. She enjoys spending time with her family, walking with Yeti, and enjoying the outdoors.
