Crystal Werner

Executive Director: Crystal Werner

Crystal has 15 years of practical experience in both community and multi-site leadership. She is an Indiana native who has lived and worked in central Indiana her entire life. Crystal is committed to leading the team at Traditions of Columbus, making each decision that impacts the resident experience as if her own grandmother lived here.

“I became passionate about senior living when my family was searching for care for my grandparents.  I was a social worker at the time, and I didn’t know where to start!  I was impressed by what I found when I checked out assisted living communities.”  

Arielle Beller

Community Relations Director: Arielle Beller

Arielle graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the IU School of Social Work and is experienced in Trust-based Relational Interventions and Motivational Interviewing. She has a background in social work, customer service and home health.

"Helping others and serving my community has always been my greatest passion. I was born in Frankfurt, Germany, but grew up in Columbus, so it's an honor to be able to work and serve in my hometown. The staff here is amazing and attentive, and my role is to help families through what can be an emotional time. I am committed to this journey together and to our residents and families." Arielle is the proud mother of a five-year-old daughter, Jasmine and is recently engaged.

Tracy Todd, LPN

Memory Care Director: Tracy Todd, LPN

Tracy grew up in Columbus, Indiana but has lived in several areas of Indiana. She also spent time in Sarasota, Florida, for several years caring for her father-in-law, who had dementia, giving her a personal perspective on senior care and memory care. Tracy's career as a nurse has mainly been in pediatrics. "I find assisted living to be a refreshing change. I am presented with great opportunities to advocate for our residents in giving them dignity, independence, and quality of life.” Tracy is passionate about serving our residents as well as our outstanding nursing team.  Tracy currently lives in Columbus with her husband of 28 years. They have two daughters, three granddaughters,  and three dogs.

Dementia Certified Practitioner LogoThe Certified Dementia Practitioner® (CDP®) represents those health care and front line staff who have an in-depth knowledge in dementia care. They have received specialized training, met certain requirements, and applied for certification through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP). The CDP® program recognizes the need for standards in the area of Alzheimer’s and dementia education, and it helps improve the services provided by health care professionals and frontline staff.
