Mattie Spears is a CNA at Traditions of Columbus and has been with the team for a year. In that time, she has made a significant, positive impact on the community.

Mattie loves working at Traditions of Columbus. “I love my job,” Mattie said. “It is by far the best job I have ever had.” She enjoys spending time with the residents, getting to know them, and trying to keep them happy and healthy. “I enjoy seeing them smile,” Mattie said.
Mattie lives with her boyfriend Cam and their dog, Yeti. She enjoys spending time with her family, walking with Yeti, and enjoying the outdoors.
